Royal Pavilion Hua Hin is located in the center of Hua Hin, within walking distance of the daily market, the night market, and about a 10-minute walk from the seaside.
The hotel is easily accessible by car, it is located about 50 meters from the main road, Thanon Petchkasem.

When we arrive, the navigation sends us through a few narrow streets, which is not necessary, you can drive straight into the parking lot from Thanon Petchkasem.
The reception is pleasant and efficient. Within a few minutes everything is arranged and we can go to our room. The luggage is brought to the room and a better parking space is designated.

Our room is a standard room on the 2nd floor.
The room is 32 m in size. The colors used are white and cream, and that makes a spacious impression.
The room has a refrigerator with water, a safe, kettle with instant coffee and tea. The bed is very large, a very good double box spring. There is also a sofa, coffee table and a flat screen TV. The lock is an electronic lock with a key card. The air conditioning works well and the indoor unit makes virtually no noise, the outdoor unit even more so.
The bathroom is spacious enough, there is a Western toilet with sprayer, sink with sufficient storage space and a hand shower. An electric heater is used for the hot water, there is enough hot water. There are 4 towels and dispensers for soap and shampoo.
The room also has a small balcony, but we believe it is only suitable for smoking.
Each room is decorated in the same style, but they are all slightly different.

Breakfast is a buffet, the coffee is mediocre. There are some Thai dishes and also Western food, three types of bread with only jam and honey as toppings. We would expect better in a 4 star hotel as they call themselves.

Smoking is not permitted throughout the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant, a breakfast restaurant, a swimming pool and parking space. The restaurant and bar are on the top floor, we have not been here.

We were here on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, on Thursday, December 21, 2023 and on Friday, December 22, 2023.
We paid THB 1649 (approximately €44.00) per night for the room, we booked in advance via Booking.com.
